Our client, a Fortune 500 mortgage lender was planning a major voice systems enhancement affecting over 50,000 brokers, realtors, developers, and other business partners throughout the U.S. The client did not have enough management depth to manage the resources required (80 man months) to support an enterprise wide integration.
