As students progress along the Leadership Elevation Framework, completing the courses required at each level, they have the opportunity to earn Open Badges signifying their proficiency, knowledge and credentials in each area. Omnikron’s instruction is on par with coursework taught in any institution of higher education, and many of our trainers are (or have been) academic educators as well. Once earned, these badges represent the intense hours of training and rigorous coursework students have completed, and they are a digital, verifiable and permanent emblem of skills and accomplishments.

All our courses and content are customizable. Sometimes it is more beneficial to combine elements of two or more courses, or expand on certain themes within a course, or tailor coursework to meet the specific training needs of teams or individuals.
