“As difficult as remote instruction is, Julie is an outstanding leader for a complex class such as this.  She is able to not only teach the base information of the course, but also to share a deeper understanding of how the individual components tie together within the overall ITIL framework.”

“Eric is a wonderful Instructor.  He had great compassion for his job and it definitely shows while conducting the training.  He really explains the course material in way for you to understand.  He has wonderful techniques that help when preparing for the exam.”

“Eric is the best, and I would request his classes every time if I could!!! I am hoping he will teach MALC next year!!! Eric’s models and referencing of the Transition and Operation books were a huge help. I think that every instructor should adapt Eric’s way of teaching. I always leave with a better understanding when I have had his class.”

“Eric provides ‘real’ world examples of the ITIL topic being discussed. He does more than just ‘read’ the text provided in the manual.  This is very helpful.”
