Course Description:

This PMP®  course helps candidates become fully ready to take and pass the exam–a must-have for any serious project manager. Participants will assess their readiness through the use of sample pre- and post-tests from a database of more than 1,200 questions available on CD with the course textbook which is fully compliant with A Guide to the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK® Guide). This course also reviews more difficult concepts, definitions, formulas, and topics in order to improve participants’ understanding.

The PMP® certification process requires that applicants must show proof of 4,500 to 7,500 hours of relevant work experience in the project management field.  Additionally, you must show proof of 35 hours of PMP® training to be eligible to sit for the exam. Taking the Project Management Professional (PMP)® course will meet that part of your prerequisite requirement.

Exam Information:

The PMP® exam has 1 multiple-choice Test of 200 questions with 4 multiple choices per question. Out of the 200 questions 175 questions will be scored. 25 questions randomly placed in the paper will not be scored. The test is to be completed in 4 hours.

60 PDUs every three years are needed by PMP ® ‘s to meet their Continuing Certification Requirements for re-certification.

Certification Earned:

Students who successfully pass this exam will earn their PMI® PMP® Certification and designation.
