David Green’s list of The best HR & People Analytics articles of April 2018 includes fascinating stats about human capital trends such as Deloitte’s findings on the rise of the social enterprise. In short, “When HR data is used to improve decisions, make employees happier, and optimise processes, it adds value to the company,” as Bernard Marr notes in his book, Data-Driven HR. If you’re looking for statistics, data, and trends, we definitely recommend checking out Green’s list.
